In 2019, the public holding Chimimport continues to be in the top five of the largest in Bulgaria in terms of total revenues and net profit. This shows the ranking of the largest companies in Bulgaria (Capital) for 2019 - K100. It distinguishes the 100 most successful companies in Bulgaria on the basis of total revenues and their net profit for the past two years. In the 2019 edition of K100, Chimimport won the 4th place in the top 15 of the largest holdings with total revenues of BGN 1,102,331,000 and a net profit of BGN 82,723,000 for 2018.
At the same time, the holding ranks in another ranking, part of the same edition - 50 largest companies by assets. In it, Chimimport occupies the 12th position with assets of BGN 1,478,008,000. The annual edition of Capital also distinguishes a number of companies from the portfolio of Chimimport - Bulgaria Air, ZAD Armeec, according to various criteria. CCB-Sila, Saglasie, Fraport Twin Star Airport Management, Lufthansa Technik Sofia and Baumax Bulgaria.
Among the 100 largest Bulgarian companies in Bulgaria is the national carrier Bulgaria Air. It ranks 85th and marks a positive annual change in revenue compared to 2017 by nearly 5%. Bulgaria Air, which is part of the public holding's portfolio, is also the third company in terms of revenue growth for 2018, especially for the transport sector. Fraport Twin Star Airport Management is also in the top ten with revenues of BGN 145,283,000, and deservedly present in the "Top 50 by assets" ranking.
Only two positions ahead of it in the ranking of the companies with the most assets is another company from the portfolio of Chimimport - Lufthansa Technik Sofia (191st place). Armeec Insurance Company also occupies a leading position in its segment. The insurance company is excellent in 4th place in the ranking of the most profitable companies in the non-life insurance sector.
HomeMax is one of the companies with the highest revenue growth for 2018
One of the most famous chains of home and garden stores "Baumax Bulgaria", which already bears the trade name Home Max, is among the 50 companies with the highest revenue growth in 2018 (ranked 45th).
Leaders in their segments are also distinguished by the pension insurance companies from the portfolio of Chimimport - CCB-Sila and Saglasie. They occupy respectively 3rd and 5th place in the ranking of the most profitable pension insurance companies for 2019.
