The renowned business magazine World Finance: Chimimport is the engine of financial growth in Bulgaria

Geopolitical uncertainty has partially undermined Bulgaria's economic growth in recent years. Nevertheless, there are many things that the private business can be optimistic about. Among them is the Chimimport public holding company - the renowned English magazine World Finance notes in its March issue.

Months before the burst of COVID-19 pandemia, journalists from the business magazine spoke exclusively with Chimimport’s CEO Ivo Kamenov about the state of the capital market and the economy in Bulgaria and Southeast Europe. In a special interview with the magazine, Mr. Kamenov outlined what are the priorities in the long-term strategy of the public holding company, as well as the formula for the company's success.

"Investing in human resources and know-how is the key to creating a sustainable business model - many businesses have underestimated this over the years and are now experiencing great difficulties. At Chimimport, we realize the importance of sustainability”, Ivo Kamenov, executive director and board member of the public holding, told World Finance.

He explained that the company's ambition is to offer the full range of services in every segment of its business, which will give Chimimport a competitive advantage on the market.
