CCB-Sila PPJSC was established in February 1994. The company is the first provider on the market for supplementary pension provision in the country.  

With many years of tradition, CCB-Sila PPJSC has established itself as a secure and reliable partner in the field of pension provision.

The company manages three licensed funds for supplementary pension provision: Universal pension fund CCB-Sila (UPF), Professional pension fund CCB-Sila (PPF) and Voluntary pension fund CCB-Sila (VPF) and two payments funds: Life-long pensions payments fund CCB-Sila and Deferred payments fund CCB-Sila.

In late 2002, the group of Chimimport Plc acquired the majority shares in the Pension provision company.
