The company manages three licensed funds for supplementary pension provision:
Universal Pension Fund CCB-Sila (UPF), Professional Pension Fund CCB-Sila (PPF) and Voluntary Pension Fund CCB-Sila (VPF)
and two payments funds:
Life-long Pensions Payments Fund CCB-Sila and Deferred Payments Fund CCB-Sila.
In late 2002, Chimimport Plc acquired the majority shares in the Pension provision company.
CCB-Sila pays pensions from VPF since March 1996, since 2019 pays pensions from PPF, since October 2021 pays life-long pensions and deferred payments to insured persons in UPF.
VPF CCB-Sila offers flexible pay-out options among various types of lifetime or fixed term pensions, lump sum or programmed withdrawals of the accumulated funds.
