M Car Sofia is the model of ultimate conduct of marketing and corporate policies, as well as it is a perfect fit for the urban environment as it complies with all normative requirements of the territory and corresponds to the stats of sustainable and eco-friendly environments.
The building is located in the residential complex “Hladilnika”, city of Sofia. It is comprised of two separate showrooms of BMW and MINI, as well as a common service station, office and parking. The building also hosts a Rolls-Royce Motor Cars reception as the dealership is an authorized service center of the brand.
The MINI showroom is designed as a single MINI hub for customers, according to latest company standards. When entering by the main door, the customers are welcomed at the information desk. According to their needs the same are redirected to consultants for purchase of a new/used automobile or to expert mechanics for repairs.

The facility also includes a store with accessories, Lifestyle, bureau for receipt of inquiries and handing of spare parts, coffee-zone and customer’s area.
The service station segment includes storage rooms, reception fast servicing, mechanical repairs, tinsmithing and painting, hotel for tires, carwash.
There are 55 open parking lots for automobiles, 1 of which is dedicated to people with special needs. At the underground there are 71 spots reserved for storage of new automobiles.
The total area of the facility is 10 864 square meters and it is opened in October 2017.
