Chimimport Bulgaria Air Maintenance is a single-shareholder joint-stock company, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency on 6st of January 2015. On 19th of December 2014, the companies Bulgaria Air and aviation company Hemus Air decided on the incorporation of the company Bulgaria Air Maintenance via contribution in kind of real estate properties consisting of investment properties (land and buildings) valued at BGN 85,760 thousand and buildings valued at BGN 4,854 thousand.
On 9th of January 2015, a share purchase agreement was signed for the shares of Bulgaria Air Maintenance, with which Bulgarian Airways Group acquire all transferable property and non-property rights to 100% of the shares of the company. With a decision for transformation adopted on 19th of July 2017 by the sole shareholder of the company – Bulgarian Airways Group, part of the assets of the company was transferred into the acquiring company Rest and Fly.
